We Accept PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, or Discover through our Secure Server.
Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. With the USPS now offering the flat rate $10.70 box, and the large rate $14.70 box, your order may be shipped this way if it will fit in this box as it is only a 2 day delivery. Larger orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Your order will be shipped within six (6) business days of payment received. This does not include shipping time which will be an additional 2-6 business days. If you need something faster, please email us for immediate help.
Shipping charges are added to your order at Checkout. Your total will include shipping charges, there will be no additional cost to you unless you are located outside the Continental United States. Please note that shipping charges have increased substantially over the years, and Rachels Potpourri shipping rates are lower than the actual cost of shipping.
We Welcome International orders, and will gladly work with you! We will check rates for you prior to shipment, and will ship out via USPS.
We cannot accept returns of Oils and Refresher Sprays. For returns of other products, please contact us. Shipping Costs to return products are paid by the Customer. Partial Order Returns will be assessed shipping cost of Product kept. Please contact us within three days of receiving your order if there is a problem.
We do Not accept Returns of our Sampler Package.
On any return of product there will be NO refund of shipping charges.
Rachels Potpourri Reserves the Right to, at any time alter our Blends due to Product Availability. We strive to keep the Best Quality available at all times though our blends may look slightly different. We are not Responsible for any type of Damage or Misuse of our Products.
